5 Year Warranty: CDVI states that their products remain free of defects in material for a period of five years from the date of invoice.
30 Day Return Policy: Merchandise may be returned for credit or exchange within 30 days, after obtaining authorization through the RMA portal. Goods returned for credit will only be accepted if they are in the original boxes, complete with instructions and the products have not been used – a handling charge of 20% will apply.
Special Orders: Special merchandise ordered according to buyer specification will not be eligible for return or cancellation.
Claims for Damages or Missing Merchandise: CDVI will not accept any obligation or responsibility for damage during transportation. Claim for missing merchandise must be submitted in writing within three (3 days) of receipt date of goods. CDVI shall not be liable in any way for failure to deliver on time whatever the reason.
