To assist us in providing speedy resolution of the problem please provide as much information as possible. The following check list may assist you in this process:
- Was anything unusual happening or had just happened when the suspect bug occurred?
- Have you just upgraded or changed any system or network software?
- Have you just changed or upgraded your CDVI product or service?
- When did this start happening?
- How often does it happen?
- Describe the behavior when the suspect bug occurs especially any LEDs that change or flicker. messages that appear
- What do you think is happening?
- Always note the version number of software or firmware.
