Report a problem

Use the form below to report suspected bugs on any of our products or services. You may want to read our privacy policy statement before filling in any other fields.

To assist us in providing speedy resolution of the problem please provide as much information as possible. The following check list may assist you in this process:

  • Was anything unusual happening or had just happened when the suspect bug occurred?
  • Have you just upgraded or changed any system or network software?
  • Have you just changed or upgraded your CDVI product or service?
  • When did this start happening?
  • How often does it happen?
  • Describe the behavior when the suspect bug occurs especially any LEDs that change or flicker. messages that appear
  • What do you think is happening?
  • Always note the version number of software or firmware.
