1. Promoter
The Robin Challenge America (the “Promotion”) is organized by CDVI Group and CDVI Americas (the “Promoter”).
Robin is a brand/product range associated with the CDVI group. For this North American Promotion, the Promoter identified above is responsible for administration of the draw and fulfilment of the American prize.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion will run from October 1st 2026 at 9 AM ET to November 30th 2026 at 9 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”)
Entries received before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible. The Promoter’s computer system will be the official timekeeping device for online entries.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to individuals who at the time of entry:
- Are over the age of majority in their province/state/territory of residence;
- are legal residents of a participating country;
- work professionally in or are otherwise professionally connected with the security, access control, physical security, building technology, IT/networking, intercom or related industries;
- provide accurate and complete information when entering the Promotion; and
- comply with these Official Rules.
The Promotion is intended primarily for professionals operating in the relevant professional sectors. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.
Employees, officers and directors of the Promoter, CDVI group companies, and agencies or suppliers directly involved in administering the Promotion, together with members of their immediate household, are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter may request reasonable evidence of age, residence, professional eligibility and identity before awarding a prize. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
4. PARTICIPATING COUNTRIES
The Promotion will be available in the following countries: Canada, United States and Mexico.
5. HOW TO ENTER
To participate, eligible participants must:
- Visit the relevant Robin Challenge campaign landing page during the Promotion Period;
- Complete the online entry form;
- Provide the required personal and professional information;
- Complete the Robin Challenge questions included in the entry form;
- Confirm acceptance of these Official Rules; and
- Submit the completed form before the end of the Promotion Period.
No purchase, payment or previous purchase of a CDVI or Robin product is required.
The information collected through the entry form may be used for the administration of the Promotion and for other purposes described in the applicable Privacy Policy and consent notices.
The Robin Challenge questions are engagement/research questions only. Answers are not scored and do not increase or reduce an entrant’s chance of winning
6. ENTRY LIMIT
Maximum one entry per eligible person during the Promotion Period. Entries made through multiple email addresses, identities or accounts by the same person may be treated as duplicate entries and disqualified. Multiple entries submitted by the same person, including entries submitted using multiple email addresses or identities, may be disqualified.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that it reasonably believes have been submitted fraudulently, automatically, using multiple identities or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.
7. ROBIN CHALLENGE QUESTIONS
Participants will be required to answer a small number of questions relating to intercom solutions, projects, professional activities and/or the Robin product range.
The questions are intended to encourage engagement with Robin and to help the Promoter better understand the professional profile and project interests of participants.
The answers to the questions will not be used to rank participants or determine the winner.
Subject to applicable local law, all eligible entries that satisfy the entry requirements will have an equal chance of being selected.
8. PRIZE
One (1) eligible winner in North America will receive:
- One (1) Robin Touch SIP intercom, or an equivalent Robin product selected by the Promoter.
The approximate Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) of the prize is $2,190 USD.
There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable, except that the Promoter may substitute the advertised prize with a product of equal or greater value if circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable. Unless expressly stated above, installation, configuration, ancillary equipment, network services and any other costs associated with use of the prize are not included.
9. WINNER SELECTION
One winner will be selected from all valid and eligible North American entries by December 7th, 2026.
The potential winner will be selected at random by the Promoter using Wheel of Names (wheelofnames.com). All eligible entries will be entered into the wheel, and the name selected by the wheel will be designated as the potential winner.
Each valid entry will have an equal chance of selection. The odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.
10. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND CLAIM
The Promoter will contact the selected winner using the email address and/or telephone number supplied with the entry, normally within five working days after selection. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner. The winner must respond within seven days of the Promoter’s first notification and provide any information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts, does not respond within the stated period, is ineligible, has breached these Official Rules or declines the prize, the Promoter may withdraw the prize from that entrant and select an alternative winner using the same random process.
11. PRIZE DELIVERY
Subject to successful verification and receipt of the information reasonably required for delivery, the Promoter will arrange delivery to a valid address at no charge to the winner, normally within 30 days of the winner confirming acceptance.
Where reasonably possible, the prize may alternatively be handed over directly to the winner by the relevant CDVI subsidiary.
The Promoter is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control.
12. TAXES AND OTHER COSTS
Any taxes, duties, customs charges or other costs associated with receiving, importing, owning or using the prize will be handled in accordance with applicable local law.
Where required by local law, the winner may be responsible for applicable taxes or reporting obligations associated with the prize.
The Promoter may request information from the winner where reasonably necessary to comply with applicable tax or legal requirements.
13. PUBLICATION OF THE WINNER
Subject to applicable law and any required consent, the Promoter may announce or publish information about the winner, which may include:
- first name;
- last name;
- company name;
- country of residence; and/or
- a photograph or other content provided or approved by the winner.
The Promoter will obtain any consent required by applicable law before publishing personal information or photographs of the winner.
The winner may be invited to participate in a CDVI social media or marketing announcement concerning the Promotion.
13. PERSONAL DATA AND PRIVACY
Personal data collected through the Robin Challenge entry form will be processed for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting the winner, delivering the prize and fulfilling applicable legal obligations.
The information provided by participants, including professional, technical, project and product-interest information, may also be used by CDVI to better understand participants' professional profiles and needs, qualify business leads and, where permitted by applicable law, enable the relevant CDVI entity or Sales team to follow up with participants regarding their current or future projects.

Participants may also be offered the opportunity to separately consent to receiving marketing communications from CDVI.
Where a participant provides marketing consent, their personal data may be used to send relevant CDVI marketing communications in accordance with applicable law and the applicable Privacy Policy.
The Promoter may share relevant participant information with the appropriate CDVI subsidiary or Sales team where this is permitted by applicable law and supported by an appropriate legal basis.
14. MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Participants may be invited to opt in separately to receive communications from CDVI concerning products, services, training, events, news and other marketing information.
Marketing consent is optional and is not a condition of entering or winning the Promotion.
Participants may withdraw their marketing consent at any time in accordance with applicable law.
16. DISQUALIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry where it reasonably believes that:
- the entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements;
- false, inaccurate or misleading information has been provided;
- more than one entry has been submitted by the same person;
- the entrant has attempted to manipulate the entry process;
- automated or fraudulent methods have been used; or
- the entrant has violated these Official Rules.
17. CHANGES, SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION
The Promoter reserves the right, where reasonably necessary and subject to applicable law, to amend, suspend, extend or cancel the Promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any material changes will be communicated through the relevant campaign page or other appropriate communication channel. and will not be made in a way that unfairly disadvantages entrants who have already participated. The Promoter will, so far as reasonably possible, preserve the legitimate expectations of existing entrants.
18. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Promoter will not be responsible for:
- technical failures preventing entry;
- interruptions to internet or telecommunications services;
- lost, incomplete or incorrectly submitted entries;
- delays or failures caused by circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control; or
- any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Promotion or use of the prize, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
19. GOVERNING LAW
The Promotion will be subject to the applicable laws and mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which the participant resides.
Local versions of these Official Rules may contain additional provisions required by local law.
In the event of any conflict between these Master Official Rules and mandatory local law, the mandatory local law will prevail.
